Life is hard and taking a big leap in midlife to restart life in a country like Canada can be tough. Tougher than we imagined. More painful than we can sometimes express in words. Research evidence shows that the things that matter most for our happiness and for our misery are our social relationships. This is why I invite you to make a conscious effort to intentionally engage with a community of supportive people who you are happy to support and receive support from.
