This week, I present the story of a new immigrant who went into one of the Real Canadian Superstores to buy groceries and requested the cashier to provide him with 'lylon' bag. The cashier and the immigrant both got confused. The two of them spoke English to each other but there was a communication gap. What exactly was his need? How was that resolved?
