A few years ago, I got to know about an investment scheme here in Canada. I talked to a friend about it and he invested some funds into it. Years after, the investment turned out to be a well-orchestrated grand scam that led to lots of people losing millions of dollars. Unfortunately. It just confirms that scam is not a native of any nation, color or race. It is a human problem.
